Frequently Asked Questions

How do I recover my account on a new device?
Go to the welcome screen and tap "Restore Account." Enter your Recovery Code (found in Settings > Account > Recovery Code on your original device). This will restore your entire journey including streaks, garden, and community profile.
Is my data private and anonymous?
Absolutely. We do not collect your real name, phone number, or any identifying information. Your community profile uses an auto-generated anonymous username. All data is encrypted and we never share anything with third parties.
I lost my Recovery Code. Can I still get my account back?
Unfortunately, without your Recovery Code, we cannot restore your account since we don't store any personal identifiers. We recommend saving your Recovery Code somewhere safe as soon as you create your account. You can start a fresh journey with a new account.
How do I delete my account and all data?
Open the app, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Can anyone see my activity or streak?
Only your anonymous streak count is visible in the community section, and only to users of the same gender. Your real name, journal entries, and personal details are never shared. You can also enable Stealth Mode for additional privacy.
